As we approach International Women’s Day, we’re taking a moment to reflect on this year’s theme of #GiveToGain, a campaign which emphasises the power of encouragement and support. When women thrive, ideas grow, teams grow and industries grow with them.
Aviation has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. Over time, progress has been made, often through individuals taking the time to mentor, share knowledge and open doors for others. Those small, deliberate actions can create lasting change.
At AiQ Consulting, the balance within our team hasn’t happened by accident. It’s been shaped by people who believe in giving time, guidance and opportunity and it’s something we really value and want to continue nurturing.
